Cat Exam :
The CAT Bulletin containing the CAT Application Form and other information can be obtained at branches of UTI Bank/ Post offices as the per the dates declared for the sale of forms. The candidate needs to buy only one CAT Bulletin irrespective of how many IIMs he/she is applying to. Candidates buying the form from UTI Bank/ Post Offices / IIMs must enclose the Copy of Bank’s/IIMs’ Pay-in Slip bearing the Candidate’s name with the CAT Application Form. SC/ST candidates should submit a copy of SC/ST Certificate to the Bank /IIM at the time of obtaining the CAT Bulletin. Candidates should ensure they meet the eligibility criteria of the programme in which they are interested, before procuring the CAT bulletin. CAT application forms of ineligible candidates and application forms with incomplete information will be summarily rejected.
Online Form :
The CAT Bulletin (without application form) can also be obtained by making e-payment at the web-site through payment gateway of UTI Bank. The bulletin to candidates making e-payments would be sent to their address. All such candidates would have to fill the application compulsorily by revisiting the same web-site five days after making the e-payment. As per the dates of sale of form and submission of form. After filling up the form at the web-site, the candidates need to take a print-out, sign the form, affix their photograph and send it with the other relevant documents to the concerned IIM (depending upon their choice of test centre). Please note that in the absence of photograph, signature and other relevant documents, the online application would be considered incomplete and would be rejected.
The applications can also be filled up online by the candidates who have purchased CAT bulletin from UTI Bank branches. After two days of buying the bulletin, they can visit the web-site to fill up the application form.
ATMA :
Candidates desirous of taking ATMA should forward their application, duly filled, in the prescribed form available with the ATMA office. Students are required to study the instructions carefully before filling the application. Candidates are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided in the form. Along with the application form, no certificate or document should be sent. The application form should not be stapled, wrinkled or damaged in any manner. Students taking ATMA can obtain the application kit consisting of application form, information bulletin and a sample test, in person or by post on payment of Rs.700 in cash or by demand draft from the office of ATMA .The DD has to be drawn in favour of the Association of Indian Management Schools payable at Hyderabad. |

CET :
Information brochure along with the Application Kit for the aspiring candidates will be available at the identified post offices mentioned below only during contact hours from 06/02/2008 to 16/02/2008 (excluding Public Holidays) against the payment of the application form processing fees.
It is mandatory to procure the information brochure and go through it carefully. The CET that will be conducted in pursuance of this advertisement is subject to the rules and regulations set out in this information brochure.
For the submission and confirmation of the online Application Form the candidates are required to check the Application ID and Password provided in the Application Kit. Candidates are also required to upload his/her photo and signature as per the instructions given in the Application Kit. Candidates are advised to preserve the Application Kit carefully and not to disclose the Application ID & Password to others to avoid impersonation.
In order to take the printout of the online submitted Application form and the printout of the Hall Ticket for the CET, it is mandatory for all the candidates to confirm the online sub Application form and such confirmed applications only will be considered valid for further processing. |

- On closing of Registration, print "Admit Card" from the website.
- Paste candidate's photograph on the Admit Card.
- Bring the Admit Card on which the candidates photograph is pasted and a Photo Identity to the Test Centre.
- Appear for the Test.
Stage 2 : Submit Application form to a Symbiosis Institute of your choice.
- Purchase a prospectus & application form as per a chosen institute's instructions given on its website.
- Fill in the application form completely and submit to the institute.

All India Management Aptitude Testing Service (AIMATS), affiliated to AIMA New Delhi, conducts Management Aptitude Test (MAT) on a national basis for 4 times a year. To obtain MAT Bulletin and Application Form by post, send a Demand Draft of Rs. 690/- to AIMA-CMS, drawn in favour of AIMA-CMS payable at New Delhi alongwith two self-addressed slips/adhesive stickers. XAT :
- ObatinXAT Bulletin & XLRI Prospectus from XAT Office, XLRI Jamshedpur, 831001 and from select branches of State Bank of India (SBI) spread over 111 cities on payment of the specified amount.
- Log on to the institute website and go to XLRI Registration. Here he/she has to fill in the XLRI form and opt for the programme(s) he/she intends to apply for. The candidate has to provide personal details, XLRI Prospectus number, Date, amount, SBI branch name and submit the form online. After submission the candidate will immediately get their XAT ID and password.
- Once the candidates provide the bank detail they can proceed to take print out of XLRI Payment Advice Form (XLRI PA Form).
- The candidate has to enclose the third copy of bank/XLRI pay-in-slip along with the duly completed XLRI PA Form and use only the special envelop provided with the XLRI Prospectus and send it by registered post /speed post/courier within a week of obtaining the XLRI Prospectus.
- A candidate can apply for more than one programme, but not more than three Programmes. If he/she intends to apply for more than one programme he/she needs to pay an additional amount of Rs. 200/- (total Rs. 1000/-) towards XLRI Prospectus.
